NATURAL BROTH WITH SOFRITO FOR A VEGETABLES PAELLA

The first Paella broth only with bio vegetables, cooked only with fresh, natural and bio ingredients. We sauté onion, zucchini, carrot, fried tomato and black garlic in extra virgin olive oil, then season with Rosemary. On the other hand, we cook chopped fresh vegetables (zucchini, carrot, leek, celery and eggplant) for more than 3 hours and season it with salt and bay leaf, and add this broth little by little to the sautéed vegetables.
