The COMPLAINT must contain a clear and detailed statement of the facts, the identity (if known) of the alleged offender, the date or time frame in which the events occurred, a list of documents or other evidence that prove the facts and the identity of witnesses who may have knowledge of the facts. The Internal Information Channel has a specific PROCEDURE approved for this purpose to investigate complaints managed by the person responsible for the Internal Information System (hereinafter RSII). The RSII will record the complaint, assign it the same code that is generated through the communication channel and will contact the person who filed the complaint within 7 calendar days following the submission. The RSII will investigate the reported events, determine the steps to be taken and prepare a report of conclusions. The report will generally be communicated to the complainant within 3 months of the opening of the file.
The Internal Information Channel is governed by the principles of confidentiality, respect for the presumption of innocence and protection of the complainant.
