ROASTED CHICKEN BROTH
We cook our broths only with fresh and natural ingredients. We put everything directly in 3,000-liter pots and cook over low heat for more than three hours (two for our fish broth). Our flavor comes from the way we do things.
Celery
Water, ¼ of Fresh Free-range Chicken (16%) and Roasted Free-range Chicken (10%), ½ Onion, 1 Carrot, ¼ Leek, 2 Cabbage Leaves, 1 Branch of Celery, Olive Oil and Sea Salt.
