  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 120 g of iberics ham chopped
  • 80 g slices of bread
  • 4 eggs
  • One and half tablespoon of sweet pepper from Vera
  • Olive oil virgin extra
  • black pepper
  • Salt

DIRECTIONS STEP BY STEP

  • 1 - Spanish soup

    01.

    Prepare all the ingredients to make this delicious recipe of Castilian soup.

    Peel and slice the garlic cloves, saute oil and, when it starts to change color, add the chopped ham and remove.

    Crumble the bread and pour it into the pot along with garlic and ham. Stir until the bread starts to pick up colour.

    Remove from heat, add the paprika and put back to the fire 1 min. Without stopping to remove. Add broth and leave 15 min.

    Meanwhile, separate the yolks from the whites (the yolks in individual bowls). After 15 min. Cooking, adding the whites and stir, so that they are cooked leaving "threads" clear.

  • 6 - Spanish soup

    Arrange the soup in 4 bowls, place the yolk on top of each and grind some black pepper on top. Enjoy it!
