Gather all the ingredients you’ll need for this recipe.
To remove dirt and impurities from the clams, place them in a large bowl with water and salt. Let sit for 20 minutes. Drain and wash under cold water.
Pour the ANETO VEGETABLE BROTH into a pot and bring to a boil.
Add the clams and cook until they open. Then remove the pot from the heat.
Place the miso in a strainer and lower it into the pot to add to the soup. Add the spinach, sesame and chives. TIP: The miso should not boil. We use a strainer so that it distributes evenly and does not clump up.
