Gather all the ingredients to cook this delicious rice with lobster recipe.
Cut the lobster in half and then in eighths. Pour oil into a medium pot and heat on medium. Add the lobster pieces and sauté. Add a pinch of salt and cook until fragrant.
When the lobster is ready, remove from pot and add the chopped garlic, diced tomato, sweet paprika and saffron.
Add brandy and flambé.
Once the alcohol has cooked off, add the Aneto Fish Broth.
Then, the Aneto Seafood Cream.
When the broth reaches a boil, add the rice and let boil for 10 minutes. Then, add the lobster and let boil for 10 more minutes.
