Gather all the ingredients.
Soak the bread in milk until soft, crumble, add mincemeat, salt and pepper mix and roll 4 meatballs.
Put the broth in a pot and bring to the boil.
Add the meatballs and cook for 20 minutes. Add the pasta and boil for 10 more minutes.
Enjoy! TIP: To experiment with the taste, you can add pine nuts, garlic and chopped parsley to your mince mixture.
