Ingredients

  • 1L Natural Organic Vegetable Broth Aneto
  • 130 g carrots
  • 150 g onions
  • 120 g turnip
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 160 cabbage
  • 100 g boil beans
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet pepper
  • 2 cloves garlics
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt

DIRECTIONS STEP BY STEP

    Prepare all the ingredients that you need to cook this recipe.

    Peel the vegetables. Chop the onion and garlic in small pieces. Do the same with the tubers but in thick chunks.

    In a casserole, sauté the garlic and the onion with 4 tablespoons of olive oil at medium heat until golden brown and add the paprika.

    Quickly add the rest of vegetables and the Aneto Vegetable Broth, stir it and fry it for a few moments at low heat avoiding to burn the paprika. Add the bay leaves and incorporate the vegetable broth into the inside of the casserole. Raise the heat to the maximum to bring to boil it.

    After 15 minutes, add the cabbage and beans, salt to taste and cover it. Let it cook it 5 minutes more. Let it stand for 5 minutes.

    Let it stand for 5 minutes and serve it. Enjoy it!!
