Prepare all ingredients to develop this delicious potatoes with pork ribs.
Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pot and brown the pork ribs
Add the onion, sweet paprika and garlic.
Add 2 bay leaves, a sprig of parsley and a half tablespoon of sweet paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover it with Aneto Broth and let it cook about 20 minutes approximately
Cover with Aneto Meat Broth and let cook for 20-25 minutes.
Serve hot and garnish with a sprig of parsley on top. Enjoy!
