Ingredients

  • 1 L Aneto Vegetable Broth
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • ½ zucchini
  • ½ leek
  • 1 celery stick
  • 100 g quinoa
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cumin to taste
  • ½ tablespoon turmeric
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • 40 g of olive oil.

    Wash and chop the vegetables.

    Wash the quinoa, under cold water.

    Lightly fry the vegetables in a large pan with the olive oil, then add the quinoa and spices.

    Add the broth. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes.
