Gather all the ingredients to cook this delicious recipe.
Wash & finely chop the onion and the celery, then mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a medium pot and add the onion, celery and garlic. Then add the rice and the saffron.
Pour in the Aneto Organic Chicken Broth and let cook for 15 minutes.
Lastly, add the lentils and let cook for 1 more minute. Salt to taste and garnish with coriander leaves.
