Gather all ingredients to cook this recipe from Aneto. Preheat oven to 200º C
Grate the cheese and bring broth to boil in saucepan.
Chop the chive and distribute among 4 bowls, reserving some for garnish. Add the hot Aneto Organic Onion Broth and salt to taste
Place the bread on the top of the soup and cover with the cheese. Place bowls in the oven and bake until the cheese is gratinated
Carefully remove the bowls from the oven and sprinkle the reserved chive on top
