Gather all the ingredients.
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes
Soak the bread in milk until soft, crumble, add the meat, season, mix and form mini meatballs.
Add the broth in a pot and bring it to a boil.
Add the mini meatballs and pumpkin. Boil for 10 minutes, add the pasta and thyme to taste, return to boil and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve.
Enjoy! TIP: You can add any kind of pasta or vegetable. If you do not have time to make the meatballs, you can use store-bought ones.
