Prepare all the ingredients to cook this tasty beef goulash.
Chop the following ingredients: vegetables, onion, carrot, garlic, leek and pepper. Seasoning the meat and dip in flour, remove excess flour and seal until it is well done. Reserve it.
In the same casserole sauté the chopped vegetables during 10 minutes at low heat. Add a paprika teaspoon, cumin, chopped parsley, bay amd chile. Season it.
Cut the tomatoes in half and grate them until we have only the pulp and finally add it.
Add the pieces of meat that we had reserved and add the red wine. Let them to reduce a few minutes.
Cover it with the Meat Aneto Broth and cook it at low heat until the meat is tender and the liquid is reduced a little bit.
Serve the Goulash piping hot.
